Brian Haley is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in customer service and quality management. Currently serving as Operations Manager for Residential Services at LG&E & KU since October 2012, Brian previously held roles including SBU Manager at Xerox Business Services and Quality Manager at Sykes. In these positions, Brian demonstrated leadership by overseeing large teams, implementing quality improvement programs, and achieving significant performance metrics, such as leading the center to win the AT&T Customer Service National Award. Earlier experience includes managing operations for the DirecTV project at Convergys and coordinating order activities at Thomson Reuters. Brian holds an Associate degree in Business Management from Southern Ohio College.
