Caroline Clark

Caroline Clark is an experienced legal and regulatory professional currently serving as Director of Governmental Affairs at LG&E and KU Energy LLC since September 2013, after previously holding the position of Manager of Compliance. Prior experience includes practicing as a Lawyer at Fulton & Devlin and Landrum & Shouse LLP, as well as serving as an Administrative Law Judge for the Kentucky Department of Workers' Claims and a Commissioner at the Kentucky Public Service Commission. Caroline Clark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Centre College and a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law.
