Isis Phillips

Isis Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Isis initially worked at the Transit Authority of River City (TARC) for over 13 years, starting as a Customer Service Representative and eventually becoming a Routing Specialist and Trapeze Analyst. In these roles, they gained skills in report generation, contracting, problem-solving, and software testing. In 2017, Isis joined LG&E and KU Energy LLC as a Gas Business Analyst before assuming the role of Gas Operations Team Lead in May 2022. Their experience in the energy sector has allowed their to develop expertise in gas operations and leadership.

Isis Phillips, MBA, MS, has a diverse education background. Isis obtained their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Technical Theatre from the University of Cincinnati between 1995 and 2000. Isis then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Applied Information Technology from Bellarmine University, completing their studies in 2010. In 2007, they attended Indiana Wesleyan University and earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management, which they completed in 2009. In 2017, Isis obtained a Certificate of Completion in Front-End Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) from Code Louisville. Isis also holds additional certifications as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in 2018.
