Phillip Johnson

Phillip Johnson possesses extensive experience in commercial operations and logistics management, currently serving as the Manager of Commercial Operations at LG&E and KU Energy LLC since October 2013. In this role, Phillip oversees contracting, purchasing, and inventory processes. Previously, as Senior Contract Administrator, Phillip managed service and material contracts for Kentucky's largest generating station, emphasizing supplier diversity through market research. Additionally, Phillip is the Co-Owner and Managing Partner of Delta Queen Steamboat Company, focusing on vessel preservation and collaboration with engineers and preservation organizations. Past roles also include assistant engineer at Waterfront Development Corp, logistics management specialist at Naval Sea Systems Command, and inventory management at Sam's Club.
