Elizabeth Kolar

Elizabeth Kolar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training and operational management within the lifting and rigging industry. Since 2014, Elizabeth has been a key member of the LGH National Training Team, focusing on employee education, safety, and product knowledge while also collaborating with customers in Northern California to develop tailored lifting solutions. Prior to LGH, Elizabeth served as Branch Manager at Enterprise Holdings, overseeing multiple locations, driving revenue, and leading sales training initiatives, while also managing a successful entrepreneurial venture with College Works Painting. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has participated in the Chamber of Commerce Leadership Academy.
