Heather Higgins, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Human Resources Manager at LGH US since October 2015. Previously, Higgins held the role of HR Representative at GE from October 2010 to October 2015, where collaboration with the HR Manager involved executing HR initiatives and providing employee and manager guidance. Earlier career experience includes serving as HRIS Coordinator and Benefits Assistant at Sara Lee Corporation from 2000 to 2008, handling personnel action changes and assisting retirees with medical plan enrollment and inquiries. Higgins holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from Lewis University and an Associate's Degree in Administrative Assistant and Secretarial Science from Fox College.
