Joshua Spiegel

Joshua Spiegel has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Joshua started their career in 2006 as a Chief Estimator and Civil Project Manager at Baucom's Grading LLC. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at Ferebee Corporation as a Civil Site and Underground Senior Estimator / Project Manager. Joshua then joined D.H. Griffin Construction Co., LLC as a Senior Project Manager / Estimator from 2015 to 2016. Following that, they worked at Phillips & Jordan, Inc. as an Estimator for a few months in 2016. In the same year, they joined Wynn Site Development, Inc. as an Estimator and worked there until 2018. Currently, Joshua holds the position of Vice President of Development at LGI Homes, starting from October 2018.

Joshua Spiegel attended Brevard College in 1994 for an unspecified period. Joshua then transferred to Appalachian State University, where they studied Construction Management from 1995 to 2000 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in the field. In 2015, they obtained a certification as an NC General Contractor from the North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors.
