Russell Hickey

Russell Hickey is an experienced land development professional with a strong background in real estate and project management. Currently serving as Land Development Manager at LGI Homes since July 2022, Russell previously held the position of Land Development Project Manager at Merritt Capital Partners, Ltd. from March 2017 to July 2022. Earlier roles include Sales and Leasing Agent at Realty Group of Austin, Leasing Intern at Pillar Commercial, and Leasing Agent at Orr Commercial, as well as an internship at Smith, Robertson, Elliott, Glen, Klein & Douglas, L.L.P.
