Danny Ribeiro

Danny Ribeiro is an experienced finance professional with a focus on transformation and change management in the asset management sector. Currently serving as Transformation Pipeline Lead at L&G – Asset Management since August 2025, Ribeiro previously held the position of Investment Change Lead at Schroders from November 2018 to August 2025, where a new Investment Change function was implemented, overseeing a £15.5 million global change portfolio. Ribeiro's roles at Schroders also included Business Strategy Manager, leading a multi-year Sustainability programme and providing oversight for the Global Head of Investment. Prior to Schroders, Ribeiro worked at Deloitte UK as a Capital Markets Consulting Manager, focusing on Brexit strategies for major financial institutions, and held positions at Accenture UK and FDM Group, contributing to capital markets projects and change initiatives. Ribeiro holds an MSci in Physics from Royal Holloway, University of London.
