Katherine Rostkowski is a seasoned professional in sustainability and environmental governance, currently serving as Vice President of Global Sustainability at McCormick & Company since January 2021. In this role, Katherine leads the development of a comprehensive long-term sustainability plan closely aligned with the company's corporate strategy and Purpose-led Performance (PLP) agenda. Prior to this, Katherine held several key positions at McCormick, including Senior Director of Global Sustainability and Program Director for PLP, where efforts focused on enhancing climate practices and overseeing the company's ESG initiatives. Katherine's earlier experience includes leadership roles at USAID, where responsibilities spanned private sector engagement and environmental protection, as well as positions at Stanford University and Yale University, culminating in a PhD in Environmental Engineering from Stanford.
