Kilian Lanches

Kilian Lanches is an experienced professional in facilities management and project coordination with a strong background in engineering. Currently serving as Responsable Services Généraux et Environnement de travail at LGM since June 2022, Kilian previously held the roles of Coordinateur d’exploitation and Chargé de projets immobilier at ALTEN from September 2018 to May 2022. Responsibilities included optimizing service quality, managing internal teams, overseeing real estate projects from inception to completion, and coordinating subcontractors. Prior experience includes a role in continuous improvement at Safran and engineering optimization at ArianeGroup, alongside an apprenticeship in HVAC engineering at Solvac. Kilian holds an engineering degree in aerospace engineering from Ecole Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile and a DUT in Thermal Engineering from Université Paris Nanterre.
