Troy Garland has a diverse work experience spanning several engineering roles. Troy started their career in 2002 at JLG Industries as an Engineer and stayed there until 2010. From 2010 to 2016, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at The Manitowoc Company. In 2016, Troy joined BAE Systems as a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, where they provided engineering support for welding operations and developed concepts and designs for combat products. Since 2019, they have been serving as the Director of Engineering at LGMG North America, Inc.
Troy Garland obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from St. Francis University in 2014-2015. Troy also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Saint Francis University and an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering from Allegany College of Maryland.
