Alana Elston

Alana Elston is the current Head of Employee Success at LGND. Alana has previously worked as the Managing Director of Employee Experience at Advoc8, where they were responsible for HR strategy, recruitment and retention, development, benefits administration, and team leadership. Elston was instrumental in the recognition of Advoc8 being named a Best Place to Work.

Elston has a proven track record of successfully recruiting A-players at all organizational levels. Alana is a strategic thinker who is able to win buy-in from corporate leaders on HR strategy and leverage partnerships with managers at all organizational levels to implement changes. Elston is a strong leader who is able to maintain full attainment of HR goals throughout periods of exponential growth.

At Advoc8, Elston championed the original strategic and organizational planning process that laid the foundation for the company's future success. Alana also provided strategic counseling to senior leaders on internal recruiting management and training. In addition, Elston spearheaded improvements to infrastructure and communications systems.

Alana Elston received an MBA in Business Administration from Frostburg State University.
