Ramisa Farhin

Ramisa Farhin (Assoc CIPD) is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Advisor at LGPS Central Limited since July 2021. In this role, Ramisa conducts research on emerging HR trends, manages reporting and MI, provides policy guidance, oversees the development of performance development reviews (PDRs), collaborates with payroll, and handles HR queries.
