Currently serving as the Head of Legal, Compliance, and Secretarial at LGT Wealth India since August 2024, Prem has previously held significant positions, including Group Legal Counsel and Senior Director at Times Internet, Director and Head of Legal and Compliance at ET Money, and Associate Vice President (Compliance) at Kotak Mahindra Bank. With a career spanning various compliance roles at notable organizations such as Kotak Securities, Pentad Securities, and the Bombay Stock Exchange, Prem has expertise in regulatory affairs, trade surveillance, anti-money laundering, and KYC processes. Prem holds a Master of Laws in Cyber Laws and is also a qualified Company Secretary, complemented by an MBA in Financial Markets and a Bachelor of Laws.
