Hsueh Min Foong has a wide range of experience in various industries. Hsueh Min started their career as an intern at BAE Systems in 2001. Hsueh Min then served in the Republic of Singapore Air Force as a Captain from 2002 to 2007, where they led a team of aircraft technicians and was responsible for quality audits and aircraft maintenance. In 2007, Hsueh Min Foong interned at Citi. Hsueh Min later joined Smith Barney Citigroup in 2008 as a Senior Associate, providing asset allocation advice to institutional clients. In 2010, they moved to LGT - Private Banking und Asset Management, where they began as a Director and later became a Managing Director. In this role, they were responsible for fund and ETF selection and due diligence in Asia, covering both advisory and discretionary teams. Hsueh Min also provided holistic investment advice to private and institutional clients.

Hsueh Min Foong holds a Master's Degree in Wealth Management from Singapore Management University, which was obtained from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from National University of Singapore, completing the program from 1998 to 2002. Hsueh Min also participated in an exchange program at the University of Bath, studying Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from 2000 to 2001. In terms of certifications, Hsueh Min Foong obtained the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation from the CAIA Association in 2012, as well as the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute in the same year.
