Mikaela Manzano

Mikaela Manzano is a Registered Dietitian currently working full-time at LGTC Group since July 2023, specializing in eating disorders within residential treatment and occasionally at PHP, IOP, and outpatient levels. Previously, Mikaela served as a Diet Tech at Shoreline Center for Eating Disorder Treatment from June 2021 to May 2023, where nutrition and food service knowledge was applied to prepare and tailor meals as per individualized plans. Prior roles include experience as a Catering Associate at Tenet Healthcare, Shift Supervisor and Associate at Panera Bread, Student Kitchen Assistant at the Orfalea Family and ASI Children's Center, and various food service positions. Mikaela holds a Master of Science in Nutrition Sciences from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
