Margot van Walree

Margot van Walree has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. From 1997 to 2001, they worked as a Client Relationship Manager at TMF Group. In 2001, they joined Intertrust Group and held various roles including Senior Company Lawyer, Compliance Officer, Secretary to the Board/Assistant to the CEO, and finally Legal Counsel from 2010 to 2019. Margot'smost recent position is as the Head of Entity Operations at LGT Capital Partners, which they started in February 2020.

Margot van Walree's education history includes three significant periods. Margot attended Praedinius Gymnasium Groningen in the Netherlands from 1982 to 1988, where they received their Higher Secundary Education. Following this, they studied at the University of Groningen from 1988 to 1995 and obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree with a focus on Economical and Business Law. In 2019, they enrolled in IMD and completed the Foundations for Business Leadership program.
