Stefano Ghisini

Stefano Ghisini has extensive work experience in IT and project management. Stefano started their career at ICL Fujitsu as a Software Development Engineer, where they developed maintenances and reports for various clients. Stefano then joined BALLY as an IS Retail Software Development Engineer, managing external suppliers and implementing new client-server applications. In 2006, they joined LGT Capital Partners as an IT Business Analyst and Project Manager, responsible for analyzing business systems and bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions. Stefano later became the Head of IT Projects and Processes, where they defined and improved the project management framework, managed IT governance and process framework, and ensured smooth IT project operations. Stefano continues to work at LGT Capital Partners in a similar role.

Stefano Ghisini completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Science from Politecnico di Studi Aziendali (Lugano) in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma di Perito Industriale in Informatica from P. Hensemberger in Monza (MB) between 1991 and 1996. In 2012, they acquired a PRINCE2 Foundation certification from APMG International. In 2016, they obtained the Scrum Master certification from GOTO Academy. Additionally, they have an unspecified experience in the field of study related to "b2b."
