Dana Foreman

Dana Foreman is the Division President of Hospice Operations at LHC Group, where Dana has been since May 2017. Prior to that, Dana served as the Vice President of Operations at Amedisys Home Health & Hospice from May 2008 to May 2017. Dana is responsible for managing and overseeing clinical, operational, and financial processes for multiple locations in Mississippi and Louisiana. Dana also creates and implements regional operational business plans to enhance profitability and efficiency.
