Dana Foreman

Dana Foreman is the Division President of Operations - Journey Division Hospice at LHC Group. Dana has been in this role since May of 2017. Prior to that, they were the Area Vice President of Operations at Amedisys Home Health & Hospice from May 2008 to May 2017. In that role, they were responsible for management and oversight of clinical, operational, financial operation and processes for multi-site locations throughout Mississippi and Louisiana. Dana was also responsible to create and implement regional level operational business plan in alignment with company’s strategic plan to enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency of region operations.

Dana Foreman attended Meridian Community College.

Dana Foreman reports to Keith G. Myers, Chairman & CEO. They work with Raj Kaushal - Division President of Operations – Southeast Division Home Health, Holly Franko - Division President of Sales - Journey Division Hospice, and John M. Thompson Jr. - Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer.
