Mychelle Rattes

Mychelayne (Mychelle) Rattes Farias, MS, is a Membership Growth Consultant in Medical Sales at ChenMed since August 2023. Previously, Mychelle served as an Area Manager L5 at Amazon from October 2021 to July 2023, overseeing a team of 50-200 associates, ensuring compliance and safety standards, and developing performance goals. In earlier roles, Mychelle managed SARS CoV-2 testing and vaccine operations as a Regional Manager at Curative and supervised testing teams in various locations. Mychelle's experience also includes positions as a Medical Assistant at Georgia Retina, PC and the Plastic Surgery Institute of Atlanta, and teaching Portuguese while working as a Localization Specialist at AirWatch. Mychelle holds a Master's degree in Biomedical Science from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and a degree in Journalism from Georgia State University with additional postbaccalaureate studies in Pre-Med.
