Axelle Roy

Axelle ROY is an experienced marketing and communication professional currently serving as the Head of Marketing & Communication at LHH since January 2017. In this role, Axelle builds and drives the multichannel marketing and communication strategy for various LHH services in France, aiming to generate growth and revenue. Prior to this position, Axelle was the Senior Marketing Manager at Lee Hecht Harrison-Altedia from January 2008 to December 2016, overseeing sales and marketing operations to enhance business development and focusing on client strategy and digital tools across multiple business lines. Earlier roles include Marketing Development focused on restructuring issues at Lee Hecht Harrison and Marketing Communication Manager, where Axelle managed the brand evolution from Idès Mobilité to Lee Hecht Harrison. Axelle began a career as Business Information Manager at Adecco Consulting, promoting consulting activities within the group. Axelle holds a degree from ESCE International Business School.
