Bianca Mishurda

Bianca Mishurda is a Talent Attraction Specialist at LHH, responsible for leading the recruiting process and building relationships with top-tier candidates and industry executives since February 2024. Prior to this role, Bianca served as a Manufacturing Recruiter at ATR International, focusing on staffing Fortune 500 companies in the manufacturing and quality assurance sectors from May 2021 to February 2024. Previous experience includes being a Prime Recruiter at HYUR Staffing, where Bianca autonomously executed the recruiting process and fostered internal and external relationships, as well as serving as an Associate Recruiter at Liberty National Life Insurance Company. Bianca holds an Associate's degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College and has studied at Indiana Wesleyan University from 2017 to 2019.
