Carrie Watson

Carrie Watson is an experienced Career Consultant at LHH since 2023, specializing in guiding professionals through career transitions and enhancing their alignment with new opportunities. Prior to this role, Carrie served as Global Vice President of Human Resources at the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) from 2019 to 2021 and as Human Resource Director for International Programs at Save the Children US from 2016 to 2019. Carrie's earlier career includes significant positions at the International Baccalaureate, where responsibilities spanned as Global Head of Human Resources for Africa, Europe & Middle East, and the Americas, as well as a Human Resource Director role at Office Depot from 1996 to 2008. Carrie holds a Bachelor's Degree from Western Kentucky University.
