Chaib Whiteford

Chaib Whiteford possesses a strong background in talent acquisition and technology solutions, currently serving as Director of Tech Perm at LHH since April 2025. Previously, Chaib held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding at Smallpdf from October 2021 to April 2025, as well as Sales and Customer Success Manager responsible for B2B customers. As a co-founder and advisor at swisspuls, Chaib focused on providing comprehensive talent acquisition services and ensuring excellent candidate experiences from September 2019 to April 2025. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Account Executive for SAP SuccessFactors in Switzerland from September 2018 to September 2019, and as Branch Manager for Technology at Robert Half from February 2010 to August 2018. Chaib holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Anthropology from SOAS University of London, attained in January 2006.
