Cleber Teixeira

Cleber Teixeira is a Senior Operations Leader with over 20 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, particularly in the automotive and air-conditioning sectors. They have managed day-to-day operations for plants with 200 employees, oversaw the construction and startup of new facilities, and led initiatives in process improvement by implementing the Johnson Controls Manufacturing System. Cleber holds an MBA in General Business from Eastern Michigan University and a Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing Certification from the Johnson Controls Institute. They have gained international work experience in Brazil, Mexico, and the USA, and are a Permanent American Resident. Currently, Cleber is actively pursuing new opportunities.
