Craig Schroeder

Craig Schroeder is an experienced executive in leadership transition and investment, currently serving as an ICEO Peer Advisor and Executive Coach at Lee Hecht Harrison since 2017. As a Peer Advisor, Craig assists CEOs and senior executives with career transitions, while also providing focused coaching for enhanced leadership effectiveness. In addition to their role at Lee Hecht Harrison, Craig is the Founder and General Manager of Blue Skies Properties, offering long-term residential rentals for professionals. Further enhancing their investment experience, Craig became an Investment Partner at Charleston Angel Partners in 2022 and previously contributed as Screening Committee Chairman and Investment Partner at Robin Hood Ventures from 2008 to 2022. Craig's extensive background includes serving as Senior Executive Vice President at MBNA, where significant corporate growth was achieved prior to its acquisition by Bank of America. Craig holds a Master's degree from the University of Pennsylvania, a Coaching Certification from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
