Deborah H. Barrett

Deborah H. Barrett, MBA, is the President of DH Barrett Solutions, LLC, a consulting and executive coaching firm focused on Leadership Development and Diversity-Equity-Inclusion since February 2010. Additionally, Deborah serves as an Executive Coach and Facilitator at Lee Hecht Harrison, providing coaching to executives across various sectors, including pharmaceuticals and healthcare. Previous roles include Business Development Advisor at Gener8tional Connections and Outside Executive Consultant with Berlitz/TMC, specializing in cultural and inclusive leadership training. With extensive experience at Procter & Gamble, Deborah launched the Corporate Women's Leadership Team and led diversity initiatives for North America, enhancing employee representation and retention. Deborah holds an MBA in Marketing from Villanova University and a BSBA from Bucknell University, along with executive training from The Wharton School in Women in Leadership.
