Elisa Salaberri

Elisa Salaberri is an experienced recruitment professional specializing in technology and digital solutions. Currently serving as Associate Director for Technology Recruitment Solutions at LHH since September 2021, Elisa leads a team focused on permanent and contracting recruitment in Eastern Switzerland. Prior to this role, Elisa was a Talent Manager at Sparrow Ventures, where responsibilities included designing people initiatives and implementing HR policies. Elisa also held various positions at Robert Half Technology, overseeing its Swiss Technology Business Units, and began a career in IT recruitment at Stamford Consultants. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Southampton and a Master of Arts in European Studies from Université catholique de Louvain, complemented by executive certifications in Performance and Compensation Management as well as Learning and Development from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences.
