Ezgi Yaşar

Ezgi Yaşar is a Lead Consultant in Engineering, Supply Chain & IT at LHH since March 2024, specializing in recruitment processes including candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and managing recruitment sources for talent acquisition. Previously, Ezgi served as a Senior Consultant at Badenoch + Clark from April 2021 to March 2024, where responsibilities included similar recruitment tasks and support as a Consultant and Researcher. Ezgi began the career as an Intern Psychological Counselor at Neurovia Nöropsikiyatri. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Psychological Counseling and Guidance, both from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi.
