Georgina Dent

Georgina Dent currently serves as the Global Head of Delivery Operations at LHH, overseeing teams responsible for Implementation, Delivery Success and Innovation, and Business Analytics and Reporting to enhance client-facing RPO account efficiency. Prior experience includes roles at Pontoon Solutions as the Global Lead for Business Analytics and Reporting, where Georgina led a global team in delivering analytics services, and as Strategic Operations Lead, supporting two presidents with strategic initiatives. Additionally, Georgina has held senior roles focused on customer experience in various sectors, project management in recruitment process outsourcing, and HR solutions delivery. Georgina's educational background includes a Post Graduate Certificate in Management from Durham University and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Birmingham.
