Hailey Jones

Hailey Jones is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and business development. Currently serving as the National Director of Enterprise Sales at LHH since September 2017, Hailey has been recognized as an All-Star for two consecutive years, 2021-2022 and 2022-2023. Previous roles include Senior Sales Executive and Business Development Manager at Accounting Principals, where efforts focused on connecting Tampa Bay companies with top Accounting and Finance professionals, earning the Silver Champions Club distinction in 2019. Prior experience includes a position as a Business Development Specialist at VoicePad and as a Business Growth Strategist at J&L Marketing, Inc., a firm known for effective direct marketing solutions for the automotive industry. Hailey's early career included serving as a Special Projects Intern at College Mentors for Kids, a nonprofit organization dedicated to mentoring youth. Hailey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies and Strategic Marketing from Western Kentucky University.
