Jimena Mendoza

Jimena Mendoza has extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as an Independent Executive Director and Member of the Board at LHH since July 2010, and previously as Country Manager and Marketing and Special Projects Manager at the same company. Prior to LHH, Jimena taught STEM subjects at Colegio Altair Lima in 2004 and held the position of Brand Director for Feminine Protection and Hair Care products at Procter & Gamble from 1996 to 2002. Jimena's educational background includes a CEO Management Program from Kellogg Executive Education in 2015, a program on Making Corporate Boards More Effective from Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2020, an Executive MBA from Jack Welch Management Institute (2016-2018), and a Le Grand Diplome from Le Cordon Bleu Paris in 2002, alongside a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima (1992-1997).
