Maniyadeth Narayanan

Maniyadeth Narayanan is an experienced executive coach and trainer with a diverse background in leadership development and career coaching. Currently self-employed since January 2013, Narayanan employs a three-phase coaching process to address the immediate challenges faced by leaders and organizations. As a certified leadership coach with Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, Narayanan specializes in guiding technology companies towards strategic productivity and improved client focus. Additional roles include senior career coaching at LHH, adjunct training at the Centre for Leadership & Professional Development, and previous experience with PERSOLKELLY Consulting, Lee Hecht Harrison, Brocade, EMC Computer Systems, and Clariion. Narayanan holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Management and an Engineer’s Degree in Electronics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
