Shelita Jackson

Shelita Jackson currently serves as a Clinic Support Coordinator at LHi Group and has been a Patient Success Representative at ResMed since March 2022. In this role, Shelita manages incoming and outgoing calls to assist patients with their sleep apnea supplies, checking both compliance and insurance information to ensure patient needs are met. Previously, Shelita also functioned as a Patient Success Representative, handling patient orders and compliance checks.
