Victoria Hancock

Victoria Hancock has a diverse work experience in various talent acquisition and recruitment roles. Victoria is currently the Director - Group Head of Talent at LHi Group since 2023. Previously, they served as the Global VP - Talent and Talent Director at Levin Group from 2022 to 2023. Before that, they worked as the Group Head of Talent Acquisition at Xcede Group from 2020 to 2022. Victoria also held the position of Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Proco Group from 2019 to 2020. Prior to these roles, they worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Investigo from 2016 to 2019 and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Morgan McKinley from 2013 to 2016. Victoria started their career as an In-House Recruiter at LSL Corporate Client Department Ltd from 2011 to 2013 and worked as an International Headhunter at Positive Impact Consultants from 2009 to 2011.

Victoria Hancock attended St Marys Catholic School in Bishops Stortford from 1996 to 2001. Victoria did not obtain a degree or pursue any specific field of study during this time. Victoria then went on to study Fashion Design Technology at the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London from 2005 to 2008, earning a BA Hons degree.
