Elizabeth is the Founder and CEO of E Carey & Associates Consulting, a consulting firm specializing in technology strategies, coaching, and organization development. With a background in engineering and extensive experience at Cummins Inc, TRW Space and Defense, and The Aerospace Corporation, Elizabeth has a strong track record of leading successful projects and teams. Elizabeth holds a Coaching Certification from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and a BS in Mathematics and Statistics from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
