Andrew Penman

Andrew Penman serves as the Chief Executive Officer of LIA Diagnostics since September 2021 and is also the Managing Partner at Preclinical Consulting, a firm established in April 2016 that provides product development services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and diagnostic companies. Previous roles include Director of Life Sciences at Cubed Labs, where responsibilities included developing and commercializing new product lines, and Chief Technology Officer at Advanced Tear Diagnostics, focusing on technology for disease diagnosis and treatment. Andrew Penman held various senior positions in drug development, including Vice President roles at Southern Research Institute, Angiotech Pharmaceuticals, Aptuit, and Quintiles. Andrew Penman began academic pursuits with a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from Heriot-Watt University and earned a PhD in Physical Chemistry from the University of Kent.
