Scott Huber has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the design and production industry. Scott began their career at Steck-Vaughn as a Senior Graphic Designer/Graphic Designer before transitioning to the role of Associate Director of Design at Steck-Vaughn Publishing Corporation. Scott then joined Harcourt Achieve as a Director of Design/Production. After that, they worked at Reed Elsevier as the Vice President of Design and Production, followed by a role as the Director of Design/Production Global Operations. Scott then served as the Director of Design Supplemental Products at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. Scott also worked as an Affiliate at Sandhill Consulting Group, LLC, where they focused on design operations and process engineering. Most recently, they worked at Dell EMC as a Program Manager in the Experience Design Group. Currently, they are the Director of Talent Strategy at Liaison Resources.

Scott Huber has an Associate of Applied Science in Commercial Art from Austin Community College. Scott also holds an Associate of Arts in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Rochester Community and Technical College. In 2009, they completed courses in Web Design & Usability and Web Design I at Austin Community College. Additionally, in 2006, they participated in a five-day course on Strategic Planning for Publishing Executives at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Scott Huber has obtained a certification in Creating LinkedIn Newsletters from LinkedIn in March 2023.
