Denise Weekes

Denise Weekes currently serves as the Director of Talent Strategy and previously held roles including Director of Talent Management and Corporate Director of Training at Pace® Analytical Services since September 2015. Prior experience at Regional Health from May 1992 to April 2015 includes HR Consultant - Strategy, where leadership was provided for enterprise-wide talent initiatives and Employee and Physician Engagement efforts. As Assistant Director of Talent Development, Denise managed a team focused on talent development and oversaw Regional Health University offerings. Additional roles included Instructional Technology Coordinator, where Denise developed online training courses and managed large training events, and Media Coordinator, responsible for presentations across various organizational functions. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Comprehensive Business Administration, Management from National American University and Chadron State College.
