Elias Harika

Elias Harika, EMBA, PMP®, currently serves as the Senior Manager of IT & Information Security at Liaison International, where responsibilities include managing corporate IT services and various technology domains vital for organizational success, while ensuring information security and regulatory compliance. Prior to this role, Elias held the position of Manager of Information Security and Privacy at Liaison International, managing security policies and risk governance. Additionally, Elias served as a Strategy and Development Advisor to the Board for the Global Lebanese Support Network, proposing growth initiatives and overseeing project management. Elias was also the Treasurer of the CIO Lebanon Association since May 2018 and spent over two decades at SGBL in various roles, including Deputy CIO and Program Manager, focusing on Core Banking infrastructure and operations. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from ESCP Business School, an MBA from ESA Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Saint Joseph University of Beirut.
