Qing Huang

Qing Huang serves as Chief Compliance Officer, General Counsel, and Head of Cross-Border Payment Expansion at Lianlian Pay Inc. since September 2014. Prior to this role, Qing Huang was a Partner at Mingly China Growth Fund from July 2006 to January 2017 and practiced as a Securities and Corporate Lawyer at Shearman & Sterling LLP from February 2001 to February 2003. Qing Huang holds a Doctor of Law (JD) with a focus on Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Columbia Law School, a Master's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Peking University.
