David Guy

David Guy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. David started their career as a General Laborer at Beau Townsend Ford Lincoln in 1999 and worked there until 2002. David then moved on to Superior Services of Dayton, where they served as a Crew Manager from 2002 to 2006. Following that, they joined Liapis Landscape & Design as the Vice President / COO in 2006. In 2011, David became the Chief Executive Officer at Two Griffins LLC. In 2018, they held two positions simultaneously - Realtor at Irongate Inc. and President/CEO at Dayton Realty Group-David Guy-Irongate Inc. Overall, David has taken up progressively senior roles throughout their career.

David Guy has a diverse education history. In 1998, they graduated from Vandalia Butler High School. After high school, they attended Sinclair Community College from 2001 to 2003, studying Business Administration, Management and Operations, as well as Civil Engineering. In 2004, they furthered their education at ITT Technical Institute-Dayton, focusing on Drafting and Design until 2006. Returning to Sinclair Community College in 2017, they obtained an Ohio Real Estate Sales Associate Certification in the field of Real Estate. Additionally, David holds two additional certifications: they became an Ohio Green Fleets 3 Star Certified in March 2012 from Clean Fuels Ohio, and they obtained a Commercial Applicator License from the Ohio Department of Agriculture in October 2016.
