Mike Denton

Mike Denton has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mike currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Liatrio, a digital transformation consulting firm. Prior to this, Mike worked as the North American Talent and Training Leader at Cognizant Microsoft Business Group, where they led the development of various programs and facilitated the integration of another company into the organization. Before that, they held the position of Vice President, People at 10th Magnitude, a Microsoft Azure cloud services provider. Mike also has experience as a Vice President Human Resources at EZLinks Golf LLC and Lextech Global Services. Additionally, they served as the Vice President, People and Culture at Geneca, a custom software development firm. Prior to entering the technology industry, Mike worked as an Admissions Recruiter at TechSkills and a Recruiting Lead at Effective Data, an EDI consulting company.

From 1994 to 1998, Mike Denton attended Lewis University, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio and Television Broadcasting.
