Bob Burnett

Bob Burnett has a strong background in software quality assurance and testing. Bob has worked as an Associate Director at Liazon, where they led onshore/offshore quality assurance and testing for the software development department. Bob also managed embedded quality assurance engineers and implemented software automation initiatives. Prior to that, Bob was a Quality Engineering Manager at Liazon, where they led software testing quality assurance teams and guided multiple onshore and offshore teams in various testing specialties. Bob also had ownership of software testing environments and build/release pipelines. Before their time at Liazon, Bob worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst and Team Lead at Quickservice Technologies Inc, where they provided ownership of the software quality assurance department and implemented and maintained software testing automation solutions. Bob also handled testing solutions for integrated software and hardware and managed physical and virtual test environments.

Bob Burnett attended Governor Simcoe Secondary School from 1992 to 1996 and obtained an Ontario Secondary School Diploma. Bob then attended Niagara College but the duration and field of study are unknown. Additionally, Bob earned two additional certifications: Advanced Test Manager from ASTQB - Official Page - American Software Testing Qualifications Board in October 2018 and Certified Tester Foundation Level from the same institution in March 2018.
