Robert Bergstrom M-ISTM, ITIL, is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in managing enterprise applications and operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Enterprise Applications & Operations at Libbey, Robert has successfully developed strategies to reduce technical debt's cost and complexity. Previous roles include Senior Analyst for Enterprise Applications at Libbey, where a major payroll conversion project was managed, and SAP Integration Manager at Toledo Molding & Die, Inc., coordinating significant implementation processes.
