Maiop Lisa Gangemi

Lisa Gangemi, MAIOP has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lisa is currently the Senior Director of Human Resources at Liberation Programs, Inc. since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at The Mary Wade Home from April 2013 to October 2022.

Lisa also has experience as a Senior Consultant at Dale Carnegie Training of Western CT from April 1995 to April 2013. In this role, they created and implemented strategies to improve performance and provided consultation to senior executives and managers on various training projects.

Additionally, Lisa worked at Sprint as a Mid Market Customer Support liaison from August 1994 to July 1995 and as a Residential Customer Service Representative from 1992 to 1994.

Lisa Gangemi, MAIOP received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Fordham University in the years 1981 to 1985. Later, from 1996 to 1997, they completed the Dale Carnegie Course: Communication and Human Relations, focusing on leadership, communication, relationship skills, and public speaking. Additionally, Lisa obtained the Dale Carnegie Instructor Certification during this time, enhancing their skills in facilitation, coaching, and speaking. In 2007, they attended Dale Carnegie's Leadership Training for Managers, which covered areas such as leadership, planning, coaching, and performance appraisal. Finally, Lisa pursued a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven, completing it between 2012 and 2014.
