Victor I. Constanza

Victor I. Constanza is an experienced professional in the fields of mental health and community organizing. Currently serving as the Lead Organizer for Connecticut for Accessible Psychedelic Medicine since October 2023, Victor I. Constanza also holds an internship as a Drug and Alcohol Recovery Counselor at Liberation Programs, Inc. Victor I. Constanza previously worked as a Research Program Coordinator at UConn Health, supporting initiatives for young adults with substance use disorders. Victor I. Constanza has extensive experience in labor organizing, having worked with 32BJ SEIU and SEIU 1199NE to empower workers. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Neuroscience from Quinnipiac University, an Associate’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from CT State Gateway, and a Bachelor of Science and Arts in Political Science from Central Connecticut State University.
