Aria Florant is a prominent figure in racial equity and leadership, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Liberation Ventures since April 2020, where efforts focus on advancing the Black-led movement for racial repair in the United States. In addition to this role, Aria is a Teaching Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School, instructing courses on adaptive leadership, anti-Black racism, and the politics of change. Previous experience includes positions as Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company and Education Strategy Consultant for the Obama Foundation. Aria holds an MBA from The Wharton School and an M.P.A. from Harvard Kennedy School, complemented by a B.A. in Comparative Studies in Race and Ethnicity from Stanford University.
