Matt H. has extensive work experience in the field of security and information technology. Matt has held various leadership roles in different companies throughout their career.

Most recently, Matt worked at Liberis as the Head of Security starting in 2023.

Before that, they served as the Chief Information Security Officer at OMNIO from April 2021 to March 2023. In this role, they collaborated with the Board and CEO on security strategies and policies, as well as ensured compliance with ISO27001 security framework.

Prior to OMNIO, Matt worked as the Interim CISO/CTO at ZENOSEC from February 2020 to April 2021. Matt established and operated a security consulting company during the COVID pandemic, focusing on security transformation for clients and ISO27001 certification audits.

From 2018 to 2020, Matt held the position of CISO at Three Ireland, where they revamped the company's security program and ensured compliance with various international standards.

Matt also served as the Group CISO/CTO at Synthomer from May 2017 to May 2018, leading the global information technology and security program and establishing a security steering group.

Matt's work experience also includes being the CISO at IntelliQA Limited from December 2015 to May 2017, where they led security operations and drove business growth in the telecom, financial, government, and petrochemical sectors.

At Walgreens Boots Alliance, Matt assumed the role of Head of Programs and Strategy EMEA/APAC from March 2016 to March 2017, leading the development of enterprise security strategy for global digital transformation.

Matt also worked at Colt Technology Services as a Senior Cyber Security Manager from June 2013 to December 2015, establishing a high-performance security function and ensuring compliance with ISO27001:2013.

Matt started their career at Huawei as a Security & Compliance Manager from January 2013 to July 2013, where they were responsible for ensuring compliance with security policies and relevant regulations.

Prior to Huawei, Matt worked at BT as a Security & Compliance Manager from May 2005 to December 2012, overseeing the security management of carrier-grade network infrastructure.
